Submitting an enquiry places you under no obligation. Our free design visit and 3D plans are offered in good faith to help you decide. Designs, drawings and renders remain our intellectual property until an order is placed and paid for, and may not be passed to a third party for pricing or manufacture.

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Any order is subject to a separate written contract that sets out the specification, price, payment schedule, delivery and installation dates and your guarantee.

Images on this website show completed projects, showroom displays and illustrative room settings. Colours, finishes and appliances shown may vary from those available at the time of your order. Please confirm final finishes against physical samples in our showroom.

Places at showroom events are free and limited. Dates and demonstrations may change; we will notify anyone who has reserved a place by email as soon as possible.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
